Nick Layman is a founder and Principal Technical Consultant of Many Branches Consulting, based in the Dallas, TX area. He brings more than 20 years of multi-site operations and technology leadership, including senior IT and operational excellence roles at Aramark and non-profit spaces. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has built his career on a simple principle: durable systems start with disciplined, hands-on execution.
Outside of work, Nick lives in Rockwall, TX with his wife Amy and their two children. He’s an enthusiastic home cook and baker, loves firing up the smoker for a good barbecue, and keeps up a semi-regular running habit.
Adam Simon
Senior Technical Consultant · Detroit, MI
Adam Simon is a founder and Senior Technical Consultant of Many Branches Consulting, based in the Detroit, MI area. He brings more than 10 years of experience as a software engineer and technical consultant across AI, SaaS products, and cloud infrastructure. Having spent years inside the systems that businesses depend on, he works from a straightforward conviction: the best technology decisions are the ones you understand well enough to own.
Outside of work, Adam lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife, Dr. Alexandra Harper, a research scientist at the University of Michigan, and their two cats, Pip and Watson. He’s an avid gardener, spends as much time outdoors as he can, and is learning his way around the kitchen.
